The highlight of Mr. Malik's career was starting from an associate position in consulting and eventually reaching his current position. The most gratifying aspect of his career is meeting so many people in a variety of industries and sectors.

In five years, Mr. Malik expects the consultancy to grow as a brand. He will be exploring different areas of communication, entering the personal development field and obtaining more clients.
