What do you attribute your success to?:

He attributes his success to his experiences and leadership skills. He is a quick study and adapts to new challenges quickly with little oversight. He is also able to lead subbordiantes in a mature, insightful manner with care and concern for their skills.

How did you get involved in your profession?:

He became involved in his profession because he was a member of the Seminary himself. During his association through masters classes - acquaintance with President led to an offer to lead a new department for the school. The president saw the ability for use of his skills obtained through his work experience with senior management in aircraft manufacturing and Air Force contacts.

What do you consider to be the highlight of your career?:

Prior to his current role, he was able to lead Vought Aircraft Corporation in a major contact with a competitor leading to massive savings for them through the use of Vought Patented equipment. Because of this effort, he was named as an Outstanding Performer of the Year. He was deputy manager for the secret project on the B-2 Stealth bomber for more than two years. He was awarded several patents over the course of his employment with three major aircraft manufacturers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Bell Helicopter, Vought Aircraft and Lockheed Martin Corp.

Where will you be in five years?:

In five years, Mr. Holsinger intends to experience growth and expansion in his career.

Extended Bio:

Mr. Holsinger is a senior member of the leadership team at Tyndale Theological Seminary. He progressed from factory work to lab tech to field manager and eventually vice president of the Seminary.
