Educational Background:

Dr. Kleczyk received her Doctorate Degree in Economics from Virginia Tech in 2008 and Master’s Degree in Resource Economics and Policy from the University of Maine in 2003.

Charity/Volunteer Work:

Dr. Kleczyk and her husband, James Strout, live in the suburbs of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. During their free-time, they actively support Celiac Disease, Diabetes, and Breast Cancer Associations.

Dr. Kleczyk attributes her success to her mentors.

How did you get involved in your profession?:

Dr. Kleczyk started her career in July 2005. Studying Economics allowed her to look for careers in many industries, as the skill set can be applied to vast areas, such as government work, health economics, finance & banking, and consumer research. Due to her deep believe in the importance of healthcare in sustainability of a healthy country, she looked for opportunities that would allow her to get involved in industries related to this area. When she had the opportunity to find a job in the Pharmaceutical Consulting Industry, she took the chance and moved to the Philadelphia area to pursue career for a Market Research Company, working with Pharmaceutical companies in helping them improve marketing and sales strategies, new product development ideas, and overall strategic business direction.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Dr. Kleczyk is an Executive Director for the Commercial Effectiveness Analytics Team at Symphony Health Solutions. She leads a team of analysts. She contributes to her organization via providing leadership in new product development, thought leadership while working with higher education institutions, business solution development, and client project delivery. She also mentors and develop young professionals at my place of work and local universities.


Dr. Kleczyk has been involved in several women’s organizations, including the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and the International Women’s Leadership Association (IWLA). In September 2015, she was recognized as one of the Top Female Executives by IWLA, while in 2014 and 2012, with “Luminary” and “Rising Star” Awards form HBA.
